Hill Cemetery Rules and Regulations
As Amended November 26, 2012
The Tiverton Cemetery Commission has received a request for modification for a larger size monument in the Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Section 5000, Lot number 5013. Plot is owned by Rosemary Perry of 40 Hope Street, Tiverton, RI. The proposed exception/modification request is to allow a 4 x 1 foot monument base where cur- rent regulations allow only a 3 x 1 foot base.
Anyone wishing to be heard on the pro- posed matter should be present at the aforementioned date and time. At the public hearing, opportunity shall be given to all persons interested to be heard on the matter. Persons requiring assistance should contact the Office of the Town Clerk at 625-6703 at least forty eight hours prior to the hearing date.
