NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made for license under the provisions of Chapter 8, Article VII of the Revised Ordinances of the City of East Providence, 1987, entitled, “Junk and Secondhand Merchandise Dealers,” as amended, viz:

SECONDHAND MISCELLANEOUS LICENSE

THE GOLD ADVANCE, INC. dba THE GOLD LOAN CO.

LOCATION: 329 WARREN AVENUE EAST PROVIDENCE, RI 02914

Said application has been referred to a meeting of the City Council on OCTO- BER 16, 2012 at 7:30 PM in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island, for hear- ing thereon, at which time and place all remonstrants may make their objections.

Individuals requesting interpreter servic- es for the hearing impaired or needing other special services, must call 435- 7500 or 431-1633 (v/tdd) forty-eight (48) hours In advance of the meeting date.
