Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held pursuant to Section 410 of the Charter of the Town of Bristol to consider an appropriation of money subsequent to the adoption of the annual budget.

Amount to be appropriated: Not to exceed $400,000

Source of appropriation: General Fund Reserves

Purpose of appropriation: Poppasquash Road Water Main Upgrades

The Town Council of the Town of Bristol will be in session for the purposes of a public hearing on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 in the Town Hall, Council Chambers, beginning at 7:00 o’clock PM at which time and place all persons in favor of or remonstrating the above appropriation are entitled to and will be heard.

Individuals requesting interpreter servic- es for the hearing impaired must notify the Town Clerk’s Office at 253-7000, 72 hours in advance of the hearing date.
