Little Compton: Zoning Board of Review – September 26, 2012


Notice of Public Hearing is hereby given upon the petition of Cidalia C. Rocha, representing and on behalf of Columbus Credit Union, 560 Main Street, Warren, RI, owner of the subject property located at 213 John Dyer Road, Tax Assessors Plat 38, Lot 19-6 seeking a front yard setback variance pursuant to Section 14-4.1 of the Zoning Ordinance. Also petitioner is seeking a variance pursuant to Section 14-5.8 to reduce the requirement of a 100 foot setback buffer from water bodies and wetlands for all subdivisions created after June 2001.

Hearing is set for 7:00 P.M. on October 17, 2012 at the Town Hall, 40 Commons, Little Compton, Rhode Island. This matter was continued from the September 19, 2012 hearing.

Any person having a legal interest may appear and be heard.
