Notice of Public Hearing is hereby given upon the petition of James V. Rose, 320 Beacon Drive, North Kingstown, RI, owner of the subject property located at 216 West Main Road, Little Compton, RI. Tax Assessors Plat 21, Lot 2 seeking a front yard setback variance pursuant to Section 14-9.3 b and Section 14-4.1 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the 50’ required front yard setback to 37.5’ to place house more than 50’ from a small wetland on the property.
Hearing is set for 7:00 P.M. on January 16, 2013 at the Town Hall, 40 Commons, Little Compton, Rhode Island.
Any person having a legal interest may appear and be heard.
