Notice of Public Hearing is hereby given upon the petition Arkins Construction Co., on behalf of Jerry & Caroline Cohen, for a Variance pursuant to Sections 14-9.3 b and 14-2.5 d of the Town’s Zoning Regulation with respect to work proposed to be done on a building, non-conforming by dimension, located on Plat 33, Lot 226-1, 4 Ocean Drive, Little Compton, RI 02837.
The work proposed consists of building a deck platform above an existing deck, which work requires a variance in accor- dance with 14-2.5 d.
Hearing is set for 7:00 P.M. on January 16, 2013 at the Town Hall, 40 Commons, Little Compton, Rhode Island.
Any person having a legal interest may appear and be heard.
