Notice of Public Hearing is hereby given upon the petition of Jonathan M. Bordeau, 26 Mary Knoll Drive, Hingham, MA on behalf of Calvi Real Estate Trust, owner of the subject property located at 41 Beach Drive, Little Compton, RI. Tax Assessors Plat 33, Lot 47 seeking a side yard setback variance pursuant to Section 14-9.3 b and Section 14-2.7b of the Zoning Ordinance to place an attached shed within the side-yard setback applicable to lots non-conforming by area.
Hearing is set for 7:00 P.M. on March 20, 2013 at the Town Hall, 40 Commons, Little Compton, Rhode Island.
Any person having a legal interest may appear and be heard.

Notice is given to all property owners within 200 feet by First Class Mail. A copy of the Notice is also sent to the Little Compton Town Council, Planning Board, Conservation Commission and Zoning Board of Review Members.
