INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Little Compton Beach Commission is soliciting bids for Maintenance Repair work at South Shore Beach, Little Compton, RI. The Work shall be accom- plished in accordance with the current, approved, Maintenance Assent, as grant- ed by the RI Coastal Resources Management Council. Plans and Specifications will be available by e-mail in electronic portable document file (pdf) format from the Office of the Town Clerk by calling 401-635-4400 or by electronic request to cwordell@tlcri.com . Site visi- tation dates will be established for prospective bidders.

Sealed bids must be received by January 28, 2013 by 3 PM in the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 40 Commons, PO Box 226, Little Compton, RI 02837.

The Little Compton Beach Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids as deemed necessary in the best interest of the Town per the decision of the members of the Little Compton Beach Commission.
