ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given by the City Council of the City of East Providence, Rhode Island, being the Licensing Board in said City, that the application to hold entertain- ment under the provisions of Title 3 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, 2002, as amended, has been made as follows:

Amend license to remove stipulation: “All music must cease at 11:30pm”

LOCATION: 478 WATERMAN AVE. EAST PROVIDENCE, RI 02914

Said application will be in order for a hearing thereon at a meeting of said City Council to be held on January 8, 2013 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chamber, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island, at which time and place all remonstrants may make their objections.

Individuals requesting interpreter servic- es for the hearing impaired or needing special service, must call 435-7500 or 431-1633 (v//tdd) forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting date.
