A public hearing will be held in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island, at a meet- ing of the City Council on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 7:30 P.M. relative to final passage of the following ordinance:
AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 17 OF THE REVISED ORDI- NANCES OF THE CITY OF EAST PROV- IDENCE, RHODE ISLAND, 1998, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED “UTILITIES.”

Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired or needing other special services, must call 435-7500 or 431-1633 (v//tdd) forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting date.
Said ordinance is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk.
