TOWN OF BRISTOL
PROPOSED ORDINANCE
No. 2013-07

AMENDMENT OF THE
ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF BRISTOL REGARDING
Transient Dock and Mooring Fees

IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town Council of Bristol, Rhode Island, that Chapter 11 of the Bristol Town Code be amended as follows:

Chapter 11
FEES AND CHARGES

Section 11-1. – Comprehensive schedule of fees.

(43) Mooring and docking fees:

This ordinance repeals the fees assessed for temporary docks and transient mooring usage and replaces same with a Council approved fee policy/resolution.

This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.

A full-text copy of the proposed changes is available at the Office of the Town Clerk, 10 Court Street, Bristol, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday at no charge, or online at www.bristolri.us

The Town Council will be in session in the Town Hall, Council Chambers on April 24, 2013. If remonstrance in the meantime, a petition bearing the valid signatures of at least twenty (20) qualified voters must be filed with the Town Clerk requesting a Public Hearing, such hearing must be held before final action may be taken on said ordinance.
