TOWN OF BRISTOL ADOPTED ORDINANCE NO. 2013-02

Notice is hereby given that at the regular meeting of the Bristol Town Council held on Wednesday evening, February 13, 2013, the following ordinance was adopted:

AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 17-82 OF THE BRISTOL TOWN CODE Alcoholic Beverage Establishments; License Restrictions – Nacho Mamma’s

IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town Council of Bristol, Rhode Island, that Section 17-82 of the Bristol Town Code be amended as follows:

CHAPTER 17 – OFFENSES AND MIS- CELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

*** Sec. 17-82. – Number of licenses.

Alcoholic beverage licenses within the town shall be limited in quantity as follows:

(2) For class B limited, there shall be a maximum of six* licenses;

Michael Siino, d/b/a Nacho Mamma’s, 76 State street shall be restricted so that no person will be served more than two (2) drinks during any one visit and also that the sale and service of all alcoholic bev- erages will be suspended each day at 9:00 o’clock PM.
