AMENDMENT OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF BRISTOL Regarding TAX STABILIZATION

IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of Bristol, Rhode Island, that Chapter 27 of the Town Code be amended as follows:

Chapter 27 TAXATION

Article I. In General

This ordinance proposes amendments to certain provisions and additions to Town Code Section 27-5, Tax stabilization incentive for industrial, commercial and manufacturing facilities.

The provisions of this ordinance shall be effective as of November 15, 2012.
