STATE OF RHODE ISLAND
PROBATE COURT OF THE TOWN OF BARRINGTON
NOTICE OF MATTERS PENDING AND FOR HEARING
IN SAID COURT

The Court will be in session at the Barrington Town Hall on the dates specified in notices below at 9:00 A.M. for hearing said matters.

Baggott, Joseph A., a/k/a Baggott, Joseph Anthony; Estate – Paul J. Baggott of Warren, RI has qualified as executor. Creditors must file their claims in the Office of the Probate Clerk within the time required by law beginning September 12, 2012.

Wheeler, Richard K. a/k/a Wheeler, Richard Kelso a/k/a Wheeler, **** a/k/a Wheeler, Richard K. Sr., a/k/a Wheeler, Richard Kelso Sr.; Estate – Richard K. Wheeler, Jr. of Rehoboth, MA has qualified as executor. Creditors must file their claims in the Office of the Probate Clerk within the time required by law beginning September 12, 2012. Morphis A. Jamiel of Warren, RI appointed RI Agent.

Blount, Ruth P.; Estate – Stephen R. Blount of Barrington, RI and Nathan W. Chace of Providence, RI have qualified as co-executors. Creditors must file their claims in the Office of the Probate Clerk within the time required by law beginning September 12, 2012.

Feldman, Robert J.; Estate – Janet Feldman of Barrington, RI has qualified as administratrix. Creditors must file their claims in the Office of the Probate Clerk within the time required by law beginning September 12, 2012.
