NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING FOR TRANSFER OF
INTOXICATING BEVERAGE LICENSE

Application for license transfer to keep for sale and to sell intoxicating beverages, in accordance with all the provisions of Barrington Town Ordinances #93-31 and #93-33 and Title 3 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, 1956, and all amendments thereof and thereto, has been made at the Office of the Town Clerk as follows:

The Barrington Town Council will be in session Monday, February 4, 2013 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chamber, Barrington Town Hall at which time all persons remonstrating against the granting of the above license transfer are entitled to and will be heard. Said remonstrance must be filed on or before the time of hearing.
