PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS
WILL BE HELD ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2012
Notice is hereby given that the Barrington Planning Board will hold public informational meetings on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. on the following:
- Master Plan Proposal: 83 Rumstick Road. Proposed subdivision of 3.38-acre parcel resulting in two house lots with vehicular access provided through either a private right of way or easement. Waivers from provisions of the Land Development & Subdivision Regulations and dimensional relief from the Zoning Board of Review would be required, including providing development of a private road for purposes of creating a new lot. Zoned Residence 25. (Plat 24, Lot 239)
- (Continued) Master Plan Proposal: Bluemead Farm Plat. Proposed nine-lot subdivision on Chachapacasset Road across from Lewis Street, to include construction of new cul-de-sac (Assessor’s Plat 10, Lots 3 and 8). Site is zoned Residence-25 and Residence-40. Portions of the site are within the Wetland Overlay District. Subdivision is subject to the Town’s mandatory inclusionary zoning provisions.
The hearing will be on the agenda of the Planning Board’s regular business meeting to be held in the Council Chamber at Town Hall, 283 County Road. All interested parties may attend and be heard by the Board. Plans may be viewed at Town Hall in the Building and Planning Office on the 2nd floor. The Town Hall is accessible to the disabled.
