In regards to the report of the man getting slapped by the East Prov. woman by Roger Williams, what did he expect? If there is an aggressive driver you call police you do not "force" the woman to pull over. In this day and age he's lucky that all he got was a slap and nothing worse. I bet he was very polite when he walked up to her car. I'm sure he was enraged when he forced her over. You don't force someone to pull over to ask them to discuss driving skills over tea and crumpets. I wouldn't pull over in the first place but if I had no choice he'd get a punch instead of a slap. No one knows peoples intentions when they force you off the road.
