“We are deeply saddened by the passing of our beautiful daughter Victoria. We are comforted in knowing that Victoria was so loved by all who knew her. We thank all you who have reached out to us in our hour of darkness. Your thoughts, prayers and words of sympathy have brought moments of light that have helped us get through these last few days. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the St. Philomena School family, the St. Mary Academy Bay View family, Victoria’s soccer teammates, our family and friends and indeed all of you who have shared a kind word or silent prayer.

This virus is a serious medical issue and we urge all parents in RI and beyond to take this virus seriously. We also urge all parents to have your children vaccinated as soon as possible.
