Barbara E. Mills of Tiverton, R.I., died unexpectedly on Sunday, Sept. 21. She was the wife of John Mills, mother to Melissa (Mills) Dumont and Michael Mills. Barbara was born and raised in Mountain Lakes, N.J. She worked as an English teacher in the Lexington Public Schools, Mass., where she lived and raised her family.
