Citizens’ Scholarship Foundation (CSF) of East Providence sponsors its annual holiday breakfast featuring scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, french toast, baked beans, hash browns, Danish pastry, muffins, apple and orange juice and coffee. Event features more than 35 craft tables, a winner-every-time table, Elf’s Pot of Gold, “u-pic-um” table, children’s craft table and a big dollar raffle. Santa will arrive both days at 11 a.m., so bring your cameras. Live music by Pat Cordeiro and Judy Souza, introducing the Our Lady of Grace Youth Choir, is from noon to 2 p.m. The kitchen will be open both days.

T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 800 entrants in this 13th annual event, with features a 5K run and 1.5-mile run/walk. Prizes go to the top 5K finishers and there will also be raffle prizes and a post-race feast including homemade turkey soup. Receive a free raffle ticket for each canned good or non-perishable food item donated. Raffle tickets can be purchased for $1 or 6 for $5; proceeds benefit the R.I. Community Food Bank.
