The Barrington Technical Review Committee had been scheduled to meet on Thursday, July 12, to conduct a "concept review" for the fast food restaurant proposed for the BP gas station property, but that meeting has been canceled.

The cancellation was posted on the town's website.

Wendy and Kenny Wajda, who have operated the BP station for the last 17 years, were hoping to learn some new information about the proposed restaurant during the July 12 meeting. Ms. Wajda said she was also planning on giving a speech at the meeting.

The next TRC meeting is scheduled for Aug. 9.
