Roger Williams University presents an opening exhibition of new work by Mark Freedman, a Providence-based painter whose urban art scenes have exhibited in galleries across Rhode Island and Massachusetts, in the prestigious art journal, New American Paintings,” as well as in the film, “Say You’ll Be Mine.”
From cityscapes to trains to oil tanks, Freedman is captivated by the urban environment’s “unique ability to capture and hold light.” With a love of painting cities and their transportation systems, he captures the beauty and hidden stories of our urban environments.
Please join us for this opening reception and opportunity to meet the artist. RWU Art On Campus sponsors this event in conjunction with the RWU School of Law.

The event will be held in the RWU School of Law Building, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
