RIPTA is considering removing Metacom Avenue as a bus route due to lack of ridership.

Due to lack of ridership, the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority is considering eliminating Metacom Avenue in Bristol as a bus route. That announcement was made by Mark Therrien, assistant general manager of planning for RIPTA.
