Winter blast ends wild year in East Providence

The last weekend of 2012 brought with it a severe winter storm, which dropped several inches of snow on the city. The Carter Family of Riverside, including 18-month-old Emma and dad Joe, was among the multitudes to take advantage of the snow by sledding down the slopes at Silver Spring Golf Course earlier this week.
